Silicone Adhesive and Silicone systems come in a variety of reactive
forms including:
One-Part RTV (moisture cure)
One-Part Heat Cure
Two-Part Condensation Cure
(tin catalyst)
Two-Part Addition Cure
(platinum catalyst)
When packaging silicone adhesives and sealants, care must be taken to
maintain a clean environment free from contaminants that can
impede system cure after dispensing. Environmental conditions
during packaging should be controlled to minimize premature
system curing. Air
entrapment in cartridge and syringe packaging must also be
minimized.
KitPackers has a long history of packaging silicone adhesive and
sealants systems per customer specification in specialized
packages.
