Labeling - KitPackers labeling capabilities range from standard black and white to full-color private labeling. We customize your label to include all the information you need such as batch numbers, bar codes, part numbers, expiration dates, HMIS codes and safety information.
Bagging - We provide a wide range of foil and polyethylene bags. Our foil bags and desiccant packs prevent contamination from moisture. Field repair kit components such as mixers, gloves, instruction and MSDS sheets can be conveniently added with our wide selection of poly bags.
Hazardous Shipping - KitPackers carries a multitude of specialty shipping boxes including UN certified boxes for transporting hazardous materials. Our certified HAZ shipping experts know exactly how to get your package to your domestic or international destination safely and on-time.
Documentation - The majority of the manufacturers certificates of conformance and/or analysis we provide are free of charge. Test reports are supplied with no additional markup. Our meticulous internal documentation guarantees complete traceability of each and every material we supply you.
Premixed & Frozen - We offer a blending of a two component resin system which is precisely weighed, mixed, degassed, packaged into a syringe or cartridge and then flash frozen. The premixed and frozen product is shipped on dry ice and must be stored in a 40C freezer. Once thawed, it provides the user the ultimate in precision dispensing. Custom Modifications We are equipped to modify batches of all sizes from quarts to totes. We routinely mix for viscosity or color modification. We also add performance-enhancing fillers and blend in spacer beads to control bond line thickness. Our alliance with Resinlab gives us the ability to accomplish nearly any modification to your exact specifications.
Vacuum Degassing - Our broad spectrum of degassing equipment assures that we get all of the entrapped air out of your material whether it be a quart or multiple drums.
Nitrogen Purging Extend the shelf life of your moisture sensitive material by having us inject dry nitrogen to replace the moist air.
Testing - Avoid the delays and high costs associated with outside testing labs. Our Resinlab division can provide you with all the analytical, physical and quality assurance testing youll need to meet your spec, budget and timeline.
Centrifugal Degassing Our centrifuging process provides the ultimate in air-free containers - assuring accurate dispensing nearly 100% of the time. KitPackers can degas in syringes up to 30 cc.
